Special scaffolding based on
knowledge and consultation
Competent and highly qualified employees are the cornerstone of O.G. Specialstilladser ApS, which
supplies tailor-made scaffolding solutions to the industry. The company meets the demands and
needs that characterize offshore sector projects with speed, agility, and security.

O
.G. Specialstilladser, based on Funen,
was established in 2016. With the support of the German parent company,
Ostsee Gerüstbau, they can draw on more
than 25 years of experience in the scaffolding
industry. Expertise that plays a key role
when O.G. Specialstilladser consults with
offshore customers on cost-cutting solutions
and the proper use of scaffolding.
Early involvement and great agility
A major project for Bladt Industries marked
the introduction to the Danish market.
Specialists from the parent company were
brought in to the project, and O.G. Specialstilladser has since expanded their knowledge
and skills with follow-on projects as well as
new tasks in the offshore industry.
- Our force is that we are very flexible
and quick to act on the scaffolding projects
that are coming in. Early in the process, we
bring our knowledge into play in relation to
challenges that the customer may not have
thought of. We have an extensive scaffolding
assortment, a close collaboration with our
scaffolding supplier, and a large pool of
qualified scaffolding workers, in addition to
our own. This enables us to scale up if a project
suddenly expands, explains the managing director of O.G. Specialstilladser, Morten Eriksen.
The company's most important asset
Although it is important to have the
equipment, capacity, and contacts when
dealing with complex offshore projects, the
employees are our greatest asset, Morten
Eriksen says:
- We have highly qualified and reliable
employees who are capable of handling the
customer's needs. We don't take our employees
for granted, which is why we have a lot of focus on creating some good and open frameworks where the individual can speak and
contribute to the company. We are also very
innovative in devising practical and useful
scaffolding solutions that allow the customer to reach the target quickly and safely, he
says and continues:
- Safety is essential when moving beyond
the standard assembly of scaffolding,
which is often the case with us. It requires
thorough design calculations and risk
assessments, and we are familiar with the
strict requirements and regulations of the
offshore industry due to our many years
of experience. Also, our team is trained in
the use of both fall protection and rescue in
heights, concludes Morten Eriksen.
